Contacted Ryan at Mattingly for an EV charger install (EVSE). Ryan was extremely responsive and scheduled a Zoom video chat the same day. He was able to give me an accurate quote within one day of contacting him/zoom call. Compared to the competition, which took over a week to send a tech out and then had to have the office send a quote, this was MILES ahead in terms of customer experience. And, the quote was very competitive with others. The installation team was just as great. They arrived within the hour window as promised (7a-8a), unlike the 4-8 hour window competitors will give you. They were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns, and took the time to walk me through what they did once the job was completed. Plus, the finished product looks extremely clean and professional. Will definitely use them for future projects down the road and appreciate the whole team at Mattingly!
